Candace Dietrich, CVPM, RVT

 

Candace Dietrich grew up in Fort Scott, Kansas, where she began her career in veterinary medicine working as a kennel attendant at a local veterinary clinic. She then went to Veterinary Technician school in Colby, Kansas where she earned her RVT degree in 2006. After working as a registered veterinary technician in several capacities including ER, specialty, shelter medicine, and general practice, she decided to pursue her Bachelors of Science in Management, which she earned from Kansas State University in 2015. After joining the KCVC team in 2018 she went on to obtain her Certified Veterinary Practice Managers certificate (CVPM) in 2021.  Among veterinary practice leaders, the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is known and appreciated as the highest level of credential for the professional veterinary manager. 

 

Candace's family includes her husband, Aaron, and their three furry kids. Dapper Dan is a miniature dachshund, Boomer the Australian shepherd, and their senior cat, Gertie.

 

Candace enjoys running, cross-fit, reading, and decorating cakes.
